To improve and to take the coffee quality to the next level we have installed a cherry color sorting machine that has high performance on detecting undeveloped cherry in one of our processing sites located in Sidama also we are the first company to install a cherry color sorting machine in Ethiopia. The reason why our organization decided to install the machine is we want to deliver year to year top quality, transparent and sustainable coffee to our customers.
