Sidamo
Sidamo is a region in central-southern Ethiopia. Coffees from this area are classified as Sidamo coffee. This coffee is grown in the Province of Sidamo in the Ethiopian highlands at elevations from 1700-2000 meters above sea level. Sidamo coffees have a variety of coffee flavors depending on the washed or unwashed, the area where it grew specifically, the soil type, the microclimate, and the type of coffee tree making it difficult to make a distinct character of the taste.

Yirgachefe
Yirgachefe is a small region within the Sidamo province. Its distinct character allows this coffee to be one of the world’s highly demanded special category coffees. It grows are elevations from 1,700 -2200 meter above sea level surrounded by the Wenago, Kochere, and Gelana Abaya districts. With the expanding specialty coffee industry, Yirgacheffe is highly demanded coffee in the international market.

Guji
Guji is a luscious green area in the region of Oromia, the southern part of Ethiopia near to Yirgacheffe, another area famous for its organic coffee. Guji, sitting at an altitude of 1950 -2300 meters above sea level and being shade-grown in a soil that is rich in nutrients which makes these coffee beans the most sought-after for a great cup of coffee.

Djimmah
Djimmah is a region located in the south-western part of Ethiopia, near to Kaffa where it is believed to be the first place where Coffee was originated. “As one of the first two Biosphere Reserves in Ethiopia, the Wild Coffee Forests in the former Kingdom of Kaffa have been recognized as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve at the beginning of June 2010″. The altitude of this region is 4,400- 6,000 feet; it contains a large basket of unwashed southwestern Ethiopian coffee production, making this coffee more natural having a hint of spicy flavor with low acidity level.

Limmu
Limmu is located in the south-western part of Ethiopia, near to Kaffa. It is one of the nine distinct coffee-growing areas in Ethiopia. The altitude of this region is 950 -2, 300metere above sea level, which makes this place suitable to have a good Limmu cup of coffee that has a balanced body, noticeable winey, and spicy flavor with a low acidity level. All coffee from this place is washed and has a milder acidity than Yirgacheffe and Sidamo.
